To make the Avocado Smoothie, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 small avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water (you can add more to adjust the consistency)
  • 1 – 2 red apples, depending on how sweet you like it
  • A handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp of spirulina

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s that simple!

Add ice if you wish. However, I like to drink all my smoothies at room temperature, as it’s healthier and my teeth are very sensitive to anything cold.
