Smoothies are great for those days when you’re in a hurry, as they are super quick to prepare. You throw all your ingredients into a blender, and you have a smoothie ready in no time.

This mango and avocado smoothie is very creamy and delicious. The avocado lends this smoothie its creamy texture, and the mango adds a deliciously sweet flavour. I added a scoop of protein powder, as I normally have this smoothie after a workout.

When combined, the mango and avocado create a smoothie that is both energising and deeply nourishing — ideal if you’re focusing on wholefood nutrition or simply trying to incorporate more plant-based goodness into your diet.

Mango and Avocado Smoothie Ingredients

To make the Mango and Avocado Smoothie, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 mango
  • 1 small avocado
  • A handful of spinach
  • Coconut water
  • 1 scoop of Sun Warrior Natural flavour vegan protein powder
  • Chia seeds to sprinkle on top of the smoothie.

Peel the mango and avocado, removing the stones, and place them into the blender with the rest of the ingredients except for the chia seeds. Blend until creamy and smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
