I am here to make sure you are staying on track and answer questions you have around implementation, what’s ok to eat, exercise – whatever it is you need to know, I will do my best to answer it.
Every month we will focus on a specific area to improve on. These will include sleep, healthy eating, and exercise.
Before each session, you will get a worksheet and a challenge to help you take the steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
Weekly group coaching circles
Accountability is key for achieving and hitting those goals. Our weekly group coaching circles via zoom are a great way for us to get to know each other, touch base and discuss your health goals.
We will keep each other accountable and motivated to stay on track with your health.
Weekly live yoga
Yoga is amazing for the mind and body, so each week there will be a live yoga class in the group.
You can take part live or watch on replay.
On top of all this, you will also get access to some delicious recipes, recommendations (I do the work so you don’t have to), and other healthy tips and hacks.
