- Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing inwards.
- Step forward into a lunge, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle.
- As you lower into the lunge, extend your arms back into a tricep kickback.
- Return to standing and repeat on the other leg.
Do 2-4 sets of 20 reps for each leg.
