This energy boosting smoothie is delicious and packed full of goodness. It is the perfect way to start a busy week. Matcha is full of antioxidants and you can really put it any where.
Ingredients
1 banana
A handful of spinach
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (you can add more if you like)
1/2 a mango
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of gluten free oats
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon of matcha powder ( I use Tea Pigs)
Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy. You can add ice if you like. Serve and enjoy!
