Cleansing Green Smoothie Recipe Ingredients
- A handful of spinach
- One frozen banana
- 1/2 an avocado
- One inch piece of ginger
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- One teaspoon of hemp seeds
- One teaspoon of Neil’s Yard green complex powder
Remove the stone and skin from the avocado and place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Enjoy!
