This is a great simple smoothie that will boost your immune system. Particularly great for the dark, long winter months.
Immune Boosting Smoothie ingredients
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 whole orange peeled and cut
- 1/2 a lemon peeled and cut
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- An inch of ginger
- Ewater
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until lovely and smooth.
