Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it is so important to fuel your body with the correct nutrients to kick start your day full of energy. This is a quick and easy smoothie that is very filling and nutritious.
1 cup of mixed berries
2 tablespoons of bircher muesli
6 almonds cut into pieces
half a banana sliced
2-3 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt mixed berry flavour
handful of berries to place on top of the smoothie
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Place the mixed berries in the blender and blend till smooth. You can add a little coconut or distilled water if you like. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or a small mason jar. Add the bircher muesli, almonds and sliced banana. Then add the coyo yoghurt topped with some fruit and chia seeds. Enjoy!

Can I top it with condensed milk?
I wouldn’t personally use condensed milk as it tends to be full of sugar.
