To make these Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • A generous amount of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Himalayan salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
