Ingredients For the Crust
1 cup of medjool dates
1/2 cup of raw almonds
1/2 cup of raw pecans
Ingredients for the tofu chocolate cream
300g organic clearspring tofu firm and silken
1 Tablespoon of raw cacao powder
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons of xylitol
Start by putting the raw almonds and pecans into the food processor and pulse for a minute till you have a flour like consistency. Add the dates and blend until a sticky dough forms. Grease the tart tins with coconut oil and push the mixture into the tins and place them in the fridge.
Place all the ingredients for the tofu chocolate cream into the food processor and blend until nice and creamy. Spoon the cream into the tarts, top with raspberries and place in fridge for an hour before enjoying.
