This is the perfect post workout smoothie. I often have this after exercising as a snack. Protein repairs and builds muscle and it balances blood sugar levels.
Ingredients
1 scoop of Sun Warrior chocolate vegan protein powder
Almond milk
1/2 a banana
1 tablespoon of flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of chia seeds sprinkled on top
Place all the ingredients into a blender except for the chia seeds and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with the chia seeds and enjoy!
