This exercise strengthens your legs, arms and wrists. Start by positioning yourself on all fours onto your mat. Push up into downward dog by straightening your legs and lifting your hips into the air. Push your feet and hands onto the mat. Lift your left leg, lifting it as high as you can. Keep the raised leg straight and flex your foot. Hold for a few seconds. Lower your leg and repeat on the other side. Do not worry if your heel does not touch the mat, do what you can. Do 2-3 sets 12-16 reps.
