As we continue with detox January this is another alkalising detox smoothie packed full of goodness.
Detox Smoothie Ingredients
- A big handful of Kale
- 2 small pears
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 celery stalk
- A piece of cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds: pumpkin, sunflower and sesame
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 3 sprigs of parsley
Place all the ingredients in a blender with some ice and blend until lovely and smooth. Enjoy!
