Cleansing Green Spring Smoothie Ingredients
- A handful of kale
- 1 – 2 pears peeled and cut
- An inch piece of ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- t teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of Neil’s Yard super greens
- Coconut water
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
