Spring is always a good time to spring clean your diet. Winter is all about comfort foods while spring is all about fresh fruit and salads. This cleansing green smoothie is great for getting you back on track. Simple and alkalising.
Ingredients
A handful of kale
1 – 2 pears peeled and cut
An inch piece of ginger
Juice of 1 lemon
t teaspoon of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of Neil’s Yard super greens
Coconut water
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
