Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Many of my clients complain they never have time to prepare breakfast as they are rushing to work each morning. The beauty of smoothies is that they are incredibly quick to prepare and can be packed full of goodness. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially if you are working. You do not want to fall asleep at your desk. You want to be alert and full of energy. This smoothie is delicious and healthy. Remember that you do not have to use the ingredients that I use. If there are any ingredients that you do not like, feel free to substitute it with another healthy option.

Breakfast Smoothie Recipe Ingredients

  • Almond milk ( how much you use depends on how creamy you prefer your smoothie)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 scoop of hemp protein
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder

Optional:

  • 1 scoop of Neil’s Yard organic green powder

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Add ice if you prefer it cold. It is that easy! Enjoy!
