Almond milk is a great milk substitute. It is creamy, frothy and just so healthy. It is rich in vitamin A, D and E which is great for the skin and the prevention of cancer. It is also rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium and selenium. I use it in my cereal or as a warm drink with raw cacao powder. For the full recipe on how I make it check out my sister’s blog by clicking on the link below. Enjoy!
I believe in teaching, educating and making people aware of
their health, diet and lifestyle choices. I encourage my clients to understand the importance of a healthy diet as well as a
balanced lifestyle in order to achieve optimum results. Each of my clients is treated as an individual and I combine a mixture of nutrition and naturopathy to create a tailored health programme.
