Green Smoothie Bowl

This is another very quick and easy smoothie recipe. I love smoothies in the summer. Most people think avocado smoothie is not that nice but it actually tastes delicious.

Ingredients:

1 banana

1/2 avocado

A handful of spinach

1 tablespoon of quinoa flakes

1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder

1 teaspoon of coconut flakes

1 teaspoon of bee pollen

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of goji berries

Blend the banana, avocado, spinach, quinoa flakes and wheatgrass powder till smooth. Pour in a bowl and add the coconut flakes, bee pollen, chia seeds and goji berries. Enjoy!
