This is a great ab exercise for toning your entire core. Start by stretching out on the mat with your arms over your head and your legs straight out. Come up, crunching your entire body. You should be in a boat pose, balancing on your glutes with your knees bent into your chest, with your arms stretched out reaching for your ankles. Return to your starting position and repeat. Do 3-4 sets of 16 reps.
