Pina colada is such a great summer drink and so easy to make. Traditional pina colada is with rum, pineapple and coconut cream. I have substituted the rum for mango.
120 ml coconut cream or milk
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 a mango
60ml of coconut water
start by slicing the pineapple and removing the hard skin. Cut into pieces and place in the blender with the peeled mango and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until lovely and smooth. Serve with a wedge of pinapple and an umbrella. Enjoy!
