Alcohol-free Pina Colada Recipe

Pina colada is such a great summer drink and so easy to make. A traditional pina colada is made with rum, pineapple and coconut cream. But in this alcohol-free version, I have substituted the rum for mango to make a delicious, refreshing mocktail.

Alcohol-free Pina Colada Ingredients

  • 120 ml coconut cream or milk
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 of a mango
  • Ice
  • 60ml of coconut water

Start by slicing the pineapple and removing the hard skin. Cut into pieces and place in the blender with the peeled mango and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until lovely and smooth. Serve with a wedge of pineapple and an umbrella. Enjoy!
