Bow pose

This exercise stretches your legs, arms and shoulders. It also strengthens and adds flexibility to the back and opens the chest.

Start by lying face down on your mat with your forehead resting on the mat. Bend your knees and bring your feet toward your glutes and hold on to your ankles with your hands.  At the same lift your torso from the mat and hold for as long as you can. repeat 4-5 times.
