It has been so hot that all I have been having is smoothies and salads. The smoothie recipe for the week is another delicious simple one.
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 a cup of strawberries
2 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt plain or vanilla flavour
1 tablespoon quinoa flakes
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 cup cashew milk
1 teaspoon of flaxseeds
1 scoop of vanilla sunwarrior vegan protein powder
For the topping
cacao nibs
strawberries
Coconut shavings
Peel the banana, remove the strawberry tops and place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass or bowl and top with strawberries, cacao nibs and coconut shavings. Enjoy!
