It’s been so hot that all I have been having are smoothies and salads. The smoothie recipe for the week is another delicious, simple one.
Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 a cup of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt, plain or vanilla flavour
- 1 tablespoon quinoa flakes
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds
- 1 scoop of vanilla sunwarrior vegan protein powder
For the topping:
- Cacao nibs
- Strawberries
- Coconut shavings
Peel the banana, remove the strawberry tops and place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with strawberries, cacao nibs and coconut shavings. Enjoy!
