OverNight Chocolate Oats Recipe

These Overnight Chocolate Oats are my favourite breakfast at the moment. They’re just so delicious, I could eat them every morning! They’re perfect if you have a busy schedule, as you prepare them the night before. Oats are beneficial for the skin and effective in lowering cholesterol. They are also super cheap and versatile.

Overnight Chocolate Oats Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of gluten-free oats
  • 2 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt, chocolate flavour
  • 1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
  • 5 raspberries
  • A handful of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Almond milk

Place the oats, coyo yoghurt, raspberries, 1/2 a banana, raw cacao powder and almond milk in a jar and mix well. Cover with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add slices of the remaining half banana on top and strawberries, sprinkling with the seeds and enjoy!
