This is my favourite breakfast at the moment. It is just so delicious I could eat it every morning! It is also perfect if you have a busy schedule as you prepare it the night before. Oats are good for the skin and great for lowering cholesterol. They are also super cheap and versatile.
2 tablespoons of gluten free oats
2 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt chocolate flavour
1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
a handful of strawberries
1 tablespoon of sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Place the oats, coyo yoghurt, raspberries, 1/2 a banana, raw cocao powder and almond milk in a jar and mix together well. Cover with a lid and leave in the fridge over night. In the morning add slices of the remaing half banana on top and strawberries sprinkling with the seeds and enjoy!
