Smoothie recipe this week is a delicious berry smoothie made with strawberries and blueberries.

Berry Smoothie Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberries and blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of coyo coconut chocolate flavour yoghurt
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 tablespoon of gluten-free oats
  • 1 scoop of vegan Sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of linseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Chia seeds to sprinkle on top

Place all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Add some ice, pour into a glass, sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
