Smoothie recipe this week is a delicious berry smoothie made with strawberries and blueberries.
1 cup of strawberries and blueberries
2 tablespoons of coyo coconut chocolate flavour yoghurt
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 a banana
1 tablespoon of gluten free oats
1 scoop of vegan sunwarrior protein powder
1 tablespoon of linseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
chia seeds to sprinkle on top
Place all the ingrdients except for the chia seeds in a blender and blend until lovely and smooth. Add some ice, pour into a glass, sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!
