- 1 cup of strawberries and blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of coyo coconut chocolate flavour yoghurt
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 tablespoon of gluten-free oats

- 1 tablespoon of linseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
