Nut Butter Recipe Ingredients
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of pumpkin and sunflower seeds

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

How to make the Nut Butter
I like to roast my nuts and seeds but you can skip this process if you like. After I have roasted them, I allow them to cool down and then place them in my food processor and blend until they’re lovely and smooth. This should take about fifteen minutes. This is when you need a good quality food processor to make this process easier; not only will you be waiting forever, but you can actually break your appliance. You may have to occasionally stop to scrape the sides of the food processor, so all the nuts and seeds get blended. Once the butter is ready, place it in an air-tight, sterilised glass container. Enjoy.
