With the weather getting colder you tend to favour more warming and filling breakfasts. If I have to be totally honest I have never really been a huge fan of porridge. Just the sheer look of it would put me off. It is only when I decided to change my diet and eat less eggs that I finally gave it a go. I have to admit that it is creamy, tasty, very filling and incredibly good for you. Oats are great for lowering cholesterol and good for the skin.
