Cashew Butter Chocolate Cups Recipe

This chocolate cups recipe is not only healthy but also delicious and vegan-friendly. They make perfect treats and are packed full of goodness. I have used cashew butter because it is my absolute favourite, but you can use any nut butter of your choice.

Cashew Butter Chocolate Cups Ingredients

To make these healthy-option Cashew Butter Chocolate Cups, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup
  • Cashew butter (for the filling)

I used very small cups for these. If you want to use bigger cups, just double the ingredients.

Start by melting the coconut oil and the honey, then add the raw cacao powder. Heat on low heat. Then pour into the cups, filling up only half. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Afterwards, place one teaspoon of cashew butter in the centre of each cup and cover with chocolate, then place in the freezer for 40 minutes. You can then store them in the fridge.
