These chocolate cups are not only healthy but delicious. They make perfect treats and are packed full of goodness. I have used cashew butter because it is my absolute favourite but you can use any nut butter of your choice.
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
3 tablespoons of raw honey or maple syrup
For the filling
I used very small cups for these. If you want to use bigger cups just double the ingredients. Start by melting the coconut oil and the honey, then add the raw cacao powder. Heat on low heat. Then pour into the cups filling up only half. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. After place one teaspoon of cashew butter in the center and cover with chocolate, then place in the freezer for 40 minutes. You can then store them in the fridge.
