WELCOME TO MY HEALTH AND FITNESS BLOG

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog! I am very excited to finally have my blog up and running. It is something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I decided to do this blog because I wanted to share my passion for healthy living and help people achieve healthier goals.

I want to teach, educate and make people aware of how important it is to look after their health by eating fresh whole foods to prevent onset of disease, and that being healthy does not have to be a chore, it can be fun. Diet and exercise work hand in hand. Exercise is only half the battle. If you do not fuel your body with the correct nutrients you will not function correctly. Also if you want to look good on the outside you have to look after the inside. Did you know that by looking after your liver you will end up with an abundance of energy and great looking skin? I will cover the importance of looking after your liver in more detail in a future post.

I will also be covering a wide range of health topics and issues. I will be sharing healthy recipes and exercises that I do to stay in shape and talk about superfoods, supplements, detox tips and much more. This is a journey that I hope you will follow me on and I truly hope I will inspire you to discover a healthier, fitter you.
