Pesto is my all time favourite! I love eating it with zucchini noodles or quinoa pasta. I have used almonds in my recipe but pine kernels are also good. It is an easy recipe to do and totally delicious!
Ingredients:
A bunch of basil
40g of almonds
2 tablespoons of pecorino cheese
2 garlic cloves
1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Himalayan salt
Separate the leaves from the stems and place them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth. It is that easy. Enjoy!
