I have the pleasure of having my sister Arianna (from Arianna’s Daily) share her Acai berry breakfast bowl today. She made it for me one morning and I absolutely fell in love with it. Strawberries and bluberries are my favourite fruits. This bowl is such a delicious and nutritious way to start the day.
1 cup of strawberries and blueberries
1 tablespoon of acai powder
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of gluten free oats
1/2 cup of almond milk
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth. Serve in a breakfast bowl and top with banana, strawberries, blueberries and nuts and seeds. Optional can be coconut flakes.
